Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@Beachi.com.au and we will assist in locating your parcel.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

We ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer than estimated.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Refund Policy

At BEACHI we want you to love your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and to be fair and transparent.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Does not do what it is supposed to do

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will cover return shipping costs where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items
